My name is Andy, founder of Lyon & Associates. With 30+ years in organisational consulting, my team and I help boards and executives drive transformation, optimise organisation design, shape culture, and develop leadership. Drawing on experience from top consultancies like PwC, Deloitte, KPMG, and IBM, as well as leading global businesses, we deliver tailored solutions to unlock potential and elevate business performance.
